Using Pot Duel
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use the service fairly. Automated play, exploiting errors, manipulating rounds, creating accounts to evade restrictions, and interfering with other players are prohibited. We may pause activity while we investigate security, payment, identity, or account-balance concerns.
Credits and games
One purchased credit is priced at £1. Game entry costs, prize allocations, house allocations, refunds, and withdrawals are recorded in an account ledger. The amount and status shown in that ledger govern the account balance. A submitted withdrawal is a request, not confirmation that funds have reached a bank account.
Payments and refunds
Payments and payout onboarding are handled by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's terms and verification requirements. Duplicate charges, incorrect credit fulfilment, failed game entry, and technical faults should be reported through Support. Refund eligibility is assessed against payment and game records; credits already used in a completed game are not automatically refundable.
Availability and enforcement
Rounds, payment features, and withdrawals may be paused for maintenance, integrity checks, suspected abuse, or legal and provider requirements. We may correct ledger errors and restrict an account when its stored balance does not reconcile with verified activity.
Information we collect
- Account identifiers, email address, and player display name.
- Game entries, timing results, wins, refunds, balances, and ledger activity.
- Payment and payout references supplied by Stripe. Pot Duel does not store full card or bank-account numbers.
- Support messages and operational security records.
- Basic analytics and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate players, operate rounds, process and reconcile credits, prevent abuse, answer support requests, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Service providers such as Firebase and Stripe process relevant information to deliver their parts of the service.
Retention and choices
Financial, game-integrity, and support records may be retained where needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Use Support to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records cannot be removed immediately where retention is required to preserve transaction integrity or meet an obligation.
Questions and complaints
Use the authenticated Support form so the request can be connected securely to your account and transaction history.
